Introduction
The world did, lately, experienced tremendous mutations. It is more open than ever. It has never been so wealthy. Those last years, the growth has exceeded, worldwide, a pace of 5 %. Despite the hurdles, democracy and freedom are spreading . People, around the world are more and more educated. Of course, it is not yet the best of the possible worlds. But reasons for hope are numerous. The globalization we have been experiencing, those last two decades, has obviously contributed to the advent of this new era of prosperity.
